About Me! Who Am I?
Hi I’m Jessica! I’m a former school counsellor turned Registered Holistic Nutritionist. 

 About 10 years ago, the joints in my hands and one of my ankles stopped working - and I hadn’t injured myself. I was completely confused about what was happening - I mean, I looked after myself. I exercised regularly, ate a healthy diet, and slept well for the most part.  My doctor couldn’t explain why this was happening to me and he could only offer me meds for my symptoms. It was then that I decided to take my health into my own hands and research everything I could find on managing my symptoms and getting to the root of the issue - I didn’t want to live in fear of unpredictable flare-ups, or a gradually worsening condition. I created a program for myself and I now have strategies to keep my joints working well. That’s what I’m so excited to share with you!!
